How to Use The Tinnitus Sound Finder app guides you through a step by step process. The app presents pairs of sounds from which you choose the closest sound to your tinnitus. This is repeated with different pairs of sounds to arrive at a categorization of your tinnitus. You may adjust the volume to ensure both your tinnitus and the app’s sounds are audible throughout. There is also a practice mode to allow you to become comfortable with the app’s method.
